Heating element: It is the core heating element of the electric underfloor heating module, responsible for converting electrical energy into thermal energy. Common types of heating elements include heating cables, carbon crystals, graphene, etc. Among them, graphene, as a new type of nanomaterial, has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity and is widely used in high-end electric floor heating modules.
Thermostat: Used to control the heating temperature and operating time of the electric underfloor heating module, achieving on-demand heating and saving energy consumption. Thermostats usually have intelligent zone control functions, which can independently control different areas, improving the flexibility and comfort of heating.
Insulation layer: laid under the heating element to prevent downward heat conduction and improve heating efficiency. The insulation layer material is usually made of environmentally friendly materials with low thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance, such as XPS extruded board, polystyrene board, etc.
Reflective film: laid above the insulation layer, used to reflect heat and conduct it upwards more concentrated, further improving heating efficiency. Reflective films are usually made of metal aluminum foil, which has good reflective properties and corrosion resistance.
Decorative layer: refers to the floor decoration materials, such as wooden floors, floor tiles, etc. The selection of the decorative layer should consider its thermal conductivity and environmental performance to ensure the normal operation of the electric underfloor heating module and the healthy and comfortable indoor environment.
